Thousands of Russians participated in the “Noon against Putin” action, a symbolic protest against President Vladimir Putin’s re-election. Some spoiled ballots, while others voted for opposition candidates. Alexei Navalny’s endorsement of this plan was called his “political testament” Dig Deeper
