Closing Bell: Nifty at 22,000, Sensex sheds 362 pts; IT, banks down, oil & gas rally

The Indian equity indices ended lower with Nifty at 22,000. The Sensex was down 361.64 points or 0.50 percent at 72,470.30, and the Nifty was down 92.10 points. Dig Deeper
